📖Portfolio Tab

What is a Portfolio?

The Portfolio tab displays the member's participation in event contracts, including live and closed events, open orders, and potential profit and loss.

What is Last Trade Price?

The Last Traded Price (LTP) refers to the price at which the most recent trade for a particular event contract was executed. It represents the amount at which the last transaction occurred between two counterparties.

How are the current values calculated?

The current value refers to the open positions in all the live events in which the member has participated. The values are calculated using the Last Traded Price or the current price of the respective event contract.

What is Open Position?

An Open Position represents the quantity of event contracts a member holds, exposing them to market movements or event outcomes.

What can a member do with an Open Position?

As a member, you can either wait until the market outcome is declared or avoid exposure by placing an exit order to take profit or prevent losses.

How are Total Returns calculated?

Total returns are computed by adding all the values of the closed positions of the member. Additionally, the order values of events with Settlement pending events are included in this calculation.

What is a Closed Position?

A closed position represents the quantities of event contracts that a member has participated in at any time but currently holds no active position under those contracts.

What is Unmatched Value?

The unmatched value is the total value of a member's active open orders in the market. It is calculated by adding the values of all the orders from either side that are still waiting for a matching counterparty.

What are Unmatched Orders?

Unmatched orders, often called open orders or orders awaiting fulfillment, may include partially unmatched quantities. These orders exist in the market and have yet to find a corresponding counterparty. They remain active until matched, expired, or canceled by the member.
