When the event will be settled?
Events are usually settled based on the time settlement mentioned in the event contract (typically with in 24 hours from the Trade Ending). However, other event settlements also depend on when the source provides the information of the event conclusion.
The event should have closed on βYESβ, but it got closed on βNOβ instead. Why?

Can I suggest an event?

Can an event contract be marked as canceled?
Yes, there are instances where Kelly Learn may decide to mark an event as canceled. These situations are diverse and may include, but are not limited to:
Manipulation Attempts:
Any activity aimed at manipulating or attempting to manipulate a Contract on the Platform.
Material Impact on Contract Performance:
Any circumstance that may significantly affect the performance of Contracts traded on Kelly.
Governmental Actions:
Any action taken by the Philippines, any foreign government, or any state or local governmental body. We understand that unforeseeable events can arise, and our commitment is to handle such situations transparently and responsibly. What happens if an event contract is marked as canceled?
In the situation of an event contract cancellation, we strive to ensure a seamless process for our members. Here's a breakdown of the steps taken:
Cancellation of Open and Exiting Orders: All Open and Exiting orders are promptly canceled. The corresponding amount is efficiently refunded to the member's wallet.
Management of Unmatched Quantities in Partially Matched and Partially Exited Orders: Unmatched quantities in partially matched and partially exited orders are canceled. The corresponding amount is swiftly refunded to the member's wallet.
Exiting Matched Quantities: Matched quantities are exited at the entry price, ensuring a fair resolution.
Adjusting Profit/Loss for Exited Quantities: For quantities that have exited, any associated profit/loss is accurately adjusted in the member's wallet. We are committed to providing a transparent and user-friendly experience, even in unforeseen situations like event cancellations.
