What is Limit Order?

What is Market Order?
A market order is an order placed to buy or sell immediately at the available current market price. Market orders prioritize speed of execution over price. However, the exact price at which the trade is executed may vary from the currently displayed market price, particularly in fast-moving markets.
What is an Order Book?
An Order Book is a real-time, constantly updated list of all outstanding orders for an event, indicating the rates at which members are willing to sell contracts, assisting members to understand market better. Order book provide insight to understand the prevailing market sentiment providing information on quantities availability and prices on them. Members can decide whether to place a market order (executed immediately at the best available price) or a limit order (placed at a specific price), based on the information in the order book.
What is a Price Chart?
A Price Chart is a visual representation of the historical price movements of an event contract. Members can use price charts for identifying historical price data and patterns or trends that has happened over a period of time.
Can I cancel the Order?
Yes, as a member, you can cancel the order until it is not matched. Once matched, you cannot cancel it. However, you have the option to place an Exit order.
How does the market resolve to a decision?
The market resolves according to the description mentioned in the event contract. You see this as you view the event.
