How long does it take to resolve a ticket?

The resolution time of each ticket varies, depending on its complexity. Any updates on your ticket shall be sent via email.

Can I edit or add more information to my ticket after submission

Unfortunately, you can not directly edit your ticket after submission. However, you can contact support for more assistance.

What should I do if I am unable to log in?

If you are facing any issues logging in, kindly check if you are using the latest app version. Updating to the newest version should give you a seamless log-in process. You may also check if you are using an active mobile number. If you still need help, feel free to contact us.
